Sarah N. Rodman graduated as a Trustee’s Scholar from Daemen University (formerly “Daemen College”), where she majored in Political Science, with minors in Spanish language and Pre-law studies. Sarah obtained her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Currently, her areas of focus are medical malpractice defense, intellectual property matters, and administrative matters.

Sarah previously worked as a Consumer Mediator in the Consumer Frauds Department in the Office of the Attorney General and served as the Assistant to the Deputy Director of Governmental Affairs at the American Bar Association in Washington, DC. She has trial attorney experience handling insurance defense and toxic tort matters, trademark and copyright issues, as well as corporation formation. Sarah handles a wide variety of administrative matters including representing clients in front of the New York State Office of Professional Discipline (“OPD”) and the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct (“OPMC”), as well as representing local municipalities in various proceedings such as TERPO/ERPO hearings, Division of Human Rights (“DHR”) hearings, and internal disciplinary investigations.

In addition to her legal studies, Sarah has extensive foreign language experiences, which she continues to study and practice, including Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese. Sarah is active in the local theater community and is a classically trained vocalist. She is a certified group fitness instructor and enjoys spending time on her Peloton when she’s not in the office.
