A member of the firm’s management committee, Mr. Manuele is a partner in Feldman Kieffer’s litigation and health care practice groups who is well versed in achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

Mr. Manuele concentrates in defending medical malpractice, professional liability, nursing home negligence, toxic tort, products liability, general negligence, and employment discrimination cases. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Manuele represents health care professionals and institutions in a wide range of legal matters, including: 1) corporate formation and governance; 2) contract negotiation and preparation; 3) compliance with health care regulations, including
HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-kickback Law; 4) quality assurance and professional review activities; and 5) compliance with federal and state employment law and regulation.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Manuele is responsible for managing litigation accounts, supervising and training associate personnel, and participating in firm decision-making and implementation efforts as a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Mr. Manuele is a graduate of Syracuse University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He lectures on employment and health law topics for clients and other attorneys. He is also published in the areas of health care fraud and abuse.

Mr. Manuele was selected in the 2017 Upstate New York Super Lawyers and the 2017 Western New York Legal Elite.
